The Teaching Service Act of 2013 requires all teachers who are teaching in schools or any educational venues to be registered and licensed with the Teaching Service Commission (TSC).
All teachers teaching in the following government and non-government educational venues must be registered:
- Preschools
- community kindergartens
- Primary
- Secondary
- PSET Institutions
